Move Your Body: Workout Sessions
Info: Get up, get moving, and have fun! Join us every hour for a fun, easy-to-follow workout. Chairs will be available for seniors and anyone who prefers a seated workout. Whether you stand, sit, or move at your own pace, come and move with us! The first workout session will start promptly at 10:30am, then the following sessions will be held after 11:30am, 12:30pm, and 1:30pm. All age and levels of fitness are welcome!
