During this 60 MINUTE session- you will experience an easy-to-follow yoga sequence that will foster mind body connect and bliss. You will be guided with demonstrations from your yoga teacher so that you can copy step by step demo sequence. After this fun and relaxing twerk sequence, we will get our brunch on!
WHO IS CARESS/SHEABUTTER YOGA?
A Yogi, who loves a good twerk break, and a better drink. I’m a military brat from Central Texas, and I have taught in Austin, San Antonio , as well as Houston. I am certified in Hatha/Yin but have taught restorative, vinyasa and hatha flow, my previous students ranged in the ages of 14-79. One thing about me is if I’m not doing yoga, I’m definitely on the go. ;)
