Trap n’ Transcend is a curated alternative wellness experience where intentional movement meets culture, rhythm, and community. Set to a soundscape inspired by hip-hop and trap, this immersive session invites you to move, release, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a space that makes wellness feel less clinical and a lot more like us.For this experience, we’re bringing majorette-style movement to the mat with Apria G., blending high-energy choreography, body awareness, and confidence into a movement session designed to get you out of your head and back into your body. No dance experience required, just come ready to reconnect with yourself physically.
After movement, settle into a catered cool-down by Anadia’s Kitchen, giving you space to refuel, decompress, and connect. You’ll also leave with a curated take-home swag bag filled with intentional finds from participating brands and creatives.
Expect an immersive atmosphere, culturally inspired movement, nourishing food, thoughtful details, and a wellness experience designed to remind you that taking care of yourself can still have rhythm, flavor, personality, and a little edge.
