About this Event

About Conversations with Women

Conversations with Women is a workshop series created to make room for honest, thoughtful, and sometimes difficult conversations about the experiences that shape our lives, relationships, and well-being.

These gatherings are designed for conversation, reflection, connection, and practical learning. There may be laughter. There may be some venting. There may even be a few tears. Most importantly, there is room to show up, share what feels comfortable, listen, and leave with something meaningful to think about.

Surviving Workplace Bullies

Workplace bullying can leave you questioning yourself, your relationships, and even your place at work. But what happens when simply leaving the job isn't an option?

We'll explore the power dynamics that allow workplace bullying to develop and persist, while discussing practical strategies for navigating difficult workplace relationships and advocating for yourself.

We'll vent, we'll laugh, we might even cry, and we'll leave room for one uncomfortable question:

Are you the bully?
