We gather on the fourth Thursday of each month to watch an episode from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Rewired series on Gaia and engage in thoughtful, real-life conversations about how these ideas apply to our thoughts, emotions, habits, and daily experiences. This is a space to explore transformation with curiosity rather than pressure—combining science, awareness, and shared insight.
When time and interest allow, we may close with a Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation to help us embody what we’ve explored.
Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong” or what needs to be fixed, Transformation Lab emphasizes awareness and curiosity. You don’t need prior knowledge of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work—just an openness to self-reflection and conversation. This group is ideal for anyone who enjoys learning, asking questions, sharing insights, and understanding themselves more deeply.
