TLC Conference 2026: Power in Partnership

TLC’s annual conference is the Philadelphia region's premier gathering for digital access practitioners, policymakers, and advocates. The conference draws together frontline digital navigators, community leaders, and institutional decision-makers who are actively shaping how technology access is distributed across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Timed to coincide with National Digital Inclusion Week, the conference will feature guest speakers, breakout sessions, and more.

This year's theme, Power in Partnership: Building Digital Access Together, is an opportunity to reflect on the impact of our local digital equity ecosystem and create spaces for new and deepened collaboration.

TLC is not providing parking for this event. Limited street parking is available, and Temple University does operate parking garages.
