Welcome to a Third Eye & Crown Chakra yoga class for gay men who are ready to quiet the mental tabs, trust their intuition, and stop asking the universe for a receipt every time life whispers an answer.
This class combines the Third Eye Chakra, also known as Ajna, and the Crown Chakra, also known as Sahasrara. In your chakra materials, Ajna is described as the command center of perception and insight, connected to seeing beyond dualism and activating inner wisdom through OM. Sahasrara is described as the thousand-petaled lotus of cosmic consciousness, the destination of ascending Kundalini energy, and a center connected to enlightenment, liberation, and the silent OM.
Expect a queer-centered, welcoming yoga experience built around breath, balance, stillness, gentle movement, and inner listening.
This is not about becoming so spiritual that you start judging people’s moon signs in the checkout line. It is about making room for clarity, intuition, presence, and calm without floating away from your body like a dramatic lavender balloon.
