About this Event
Employment law is changing fast. The rise of AI in the workplace, major legislative reform, and new duties to prevent sexual harassment are creating fresh challenges for hospitality people teams.
But you are not dealing with this alone.
Join your Our Lot peers for a morning built around one thing: walking out with a plan, not just more information. We're joined by the employment team from Freeth's Solicitors, acting as your sounding board for the morning getting clarity on exactly what's changing, direct answers to your toughest questions, and space to swap war stories with peers facing the same fight. With thanks to our sponsors All Gravy
What you'll leave with:
— A clear read on the legislation changes coming.
— Practical strategy ideas for handling AI's growing role in tribunal complexity.
— Direct access to Freeths' employment law specialists — ask anything.
— Real best practice from people leaders navigating exactly this.
Less stress, more clarity, and a room full of people who get it.
