About this Event
Where Mission and Money Flourish Together
Build a more resilient business model without losing sight of why you exist.
How do you build financial resilience while staying true to your mission?
Every flourishing organisation needs strong foundations. Like an oak, you need dependable income that keeps you rooted, stable and able to weather changing conditions. But thriving ecosystems don't rely on one source of nourishment. They also produce berries — diverse, seasonal and abundant — creating new possibilities for growth and renewal.
Purpose-led organisations are no different.
Join strategy specialist Yasmin and financial resilience specialist Liz for a practical and reflective workshop exploring how to build a healthier balance between mission and money.
Using the Money–Mission Matrix, you'll take a fresh look at your organisation's income model: what provides the dependable foundations for your core mission, where greater diversity could strengthen resilience, and which opportunities are genuinely worth pursuing.
Together, we'll explore how to:
- understand the strengths and vulnerabilities in your current business model
- distinguish between the income that anchors your core mission and income that creates room to adapt and innovate
- make more intentional choices about income diversification
- balance financial sustainability with purpose and impact
- build a business model that can adapt as circumstances change
You'll leave with practical tools, fresh insights and greater confidence to make strategic choices about your organisation's future — creating the conditions for mission and money to flourish together.
