British Red Cross First Aid Training

British Red Cross is offering community and faith groups the opportunity to access free first aid training. This can be delivered in-person for a groups of up to 13 people.

This interactive first aid workshop run by experienced British Red Cross educators will help you to:

• perform essential first aid skills using everyday objects
• build confidence and willingness to help in a first aid emergency
• assess and manage risks to make informed choices when helping others

Some skills your educator may cover with you include first aid for bleeding, burns, choking, head injuries, broken bones, seizures and first aid for someone who is unresponsive and breathing or not breathing.

Please note, this workshop is intended for VCS groups including volunteers.
