A Sound & Connection Experience for Gay Men
A space to connect, express, reflect and recharge.
What does it mean to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted?
THE MEN'S CIRCLE is a welcoming community experience created for gay men who wish to explore connection beyond everyday social interactions.
Through meaningful conversations, guided energy practices, meditation, and a relaxing sound bath, we create space for authentic expression, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of community.
Whether you are familiar with holistic practices or simply curious about experiencing something different, you are welcome here.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Opening Circle
A warm introduction and opportunity to connect with the group.
Circle of Words
Guided conversation around authenticity, identity, relationships, belonging, and personal experiences.
Energy Awareness
A gentle guided practice to explore presence and body awareness.
Sound Bath
An immersive sound experience designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and inner connection.
Closing Circle
A moment to integrate the experience and share, if desired.
OUR INTENTION
To create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming space where men can connect with themselves and one another through presence, conversation, and shared experience.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Gay men ages 21 and older who are interested in:
- Meaningful connection and community.
- Self-awareness and personal growth.
- Sound meditation and energy practices.
- Authentic conversations and shared experiences.
- Exploring a more conscious relationship with themselves and others.
No previous experience is necessary.
LANGUAGE
Bilingual Experience — English & Spanish
The gathering will be facilitated in both languages, with space for participants to express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable using.
COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS
We honor confidentiality, respect, personal boundaries, and each participant's individual experience.
Sharing is always voluntary. We listen without judgment, respect different perspectives, and create space for everyone to participate at their own pace.

Jesu — JESU HOLISTIC WELLNESS
Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, Family Constellator, and Holistic Wellness Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience in bodywork, wellness, and energetic practices.
Jesu integrates sound, energy awareness, guided reflection, and holistic practices to facilitate welcoming experiences centered on connection, presence, and personal exploration.
