✨ The Magic Jar Workshop ✨We all know the difference it makes when our children are happy, healthy, confident and well within themselves.
But growing up can be tricky to navigate — especially through the ages of 9–13, when children are learning who they are, where they fit, how to navigate friendships and peer pressure, and most importantly, how to trust themselves while still staying true to who they are.
The Magic Jar Workshop is a heart-led, hands-on experience created to empower your child to begin building the foundations of self-esteem, self-worth, confidence and self-trust.
Because the earlier our children learn to listen to themselves, trust what they feel, open their hearts with kindness and compassion, stand up to peer pressure and respect both themselves and those around them, the stronger those foundations can become for the years ahead.
🌙 So, what is the magic?
The magic is already within them.
Through creativity, play, conversation and hands-on activities, each child will create their very own personalised Magic Jar, while Sam and Robyn gently facilitate and support them through a fun and meaningful two-hour journey.
This isn’t about sitting and being taught what to think. It’s about giving children a safe space to express, explore, create, connect and discover what already exists within themselves.
They’ll explore tools to help them:
🤍Trust themselves and their intuition
♥️Build confidence, self-esteem and self-worth
💜Protect and respect their own energy
💙Stand up to peer pressure and feel confident being themselves
💛Navigate friendships with kindness, compassion and healthy boundaries
🧡Use simple mindfulness tools when life feels overwhelming
❤️🔥Recognise the qualities and strengths they already carry within them
Who is this workshop for?
✨ Any child aged 9–13 years who would benefit from building their confidence, strengthening their self-worth, trusting themselves more, navigating friendships and peer pressure, or simply having a beautiful space where they can be themselves.
✨No previous experience with anything is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to have some fun.
Your child will leave with:
💙 Their own personalised Magic Jar and everything needed to create it, along with a special goodie pack including take-home affirmation cards, mindfulness and support tools, reminder cards, and some beautiful new friendships too.
💙 Light refreshments will also be provided.
