About this Event
The Living Room: Sunday Blues Sessions ❤️
A room full of strangers. A little music. A chance to feel a little less alone.
Got the Sunday blues? Come spend your evening with us.
Join Mental House for an intimate, soul-warming gathering where music, creativity, healing, and human connection come together.
Expect live music, spontaneous jam sessions, a little grounding, good conversation, and the freedom to simply be.
Bring your guitar, your voice, your stories, or just yourself.
Whether you're feeling joyful, lonely, anxious, curious, or somewhere in between, there's room for you here.
Participate as much or as little as you like. No pressure, no expectations, and absolutely no musical experience necessary.
Come alone. Leave knowing you're not.
❤️ THE DETAILS
When: Sunday, November 8, 2026 | 4:30–7:00 PM

Why Are These Sessions Free? The Sunday Blues Sessions are free so that the space remains open to anyone needing access to this community, regardless of their ability to pay.
Those who can support the event may offer a donation if they so feel inclined, or support the venue by purchasing a drink or snack. This helps keep the events running. Giving is optional and NEVER a condition of joining. If you can't contribute, your presence is more than enough.
Where the Donations Go: Once costs of the venue and artists are covered, the net proceeds go to Mental House so we can continue to run events like this!
What to bring: Yourself! Musical instruments are welcome if you'd like to join in.
Come as you are. Make yourself at home.

Mental House is a Toronto-based suicide-prevention movement with a celebration of life at its heart.
We believe that connection, creativity, community, and a little bit of joy can make life feel worth showing up for.
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve care. And you don't have to navigate life alone.
The festival is the invitation. The community is what lasts.
