A pre-election debate featuring representatives from the major political parties setting out their parties’ responses to and solutions for Canterbury’s freshwater crisis and nitrate emergency. The debate will be MCed by senior Newsroom journalist, David Williams. An expert panel including Greenpeace Executive Director, Dr Russel Norman, a Ngāi Tahu representative and freshwater scientist will comment on the political positions.The debate is being organised by Greenpeace.
