ADHD can be confusing, especially as an adult. This practical and compassionate course explores how ADHD can show up in everyday life; time blindness, hyperfocus, masking, emotional regulation, executive functioning, motivation and overwhelm. In sessions, you’ll try small, low-pressure experiments designed to help you discover what works for your brain.
Topics may include ADHD-friendly planning, managing distraction, dopamine and motivation, and practical approaches to emotional regulation.
The aim is not to “try harder”, but to work with your nervous system and build realistic, sustainable and kind strategies. Medication may be discussed where relevant, but the focus is on skills and everyday support. Suitable for anyone aged 17 and over, whether diagnosed, undiagnosed or supporting someone with ADHD.
