A four hour gathering for women who want to understand and honor their changing bodies. Guided by Ilene Solomon Gold, LCSW, RYT, founder of Denver therapy practice Discover Peace Within, and Camilla Figueroa, MSSW, RYT, the afternoon blends yoga, yin, meditation, gentle breath work, reflection, journaling, and partner work, structured around a caterpillar, chrysalis, and butterfly transformation arc. Together we will explore the hormonal shifts that shape women's lives and reconnect with feminine power and community.
