Your Facilitators
Jewels Athena CHHC, E-RYT 500, is a Wellness Educator, certified Tao Inner Alchemy Practitioner, and International Retreat Leader, whose work helps women reconnect with their bodies, navigate life’s transitions, and reclaim their vitality and feminine power. Blending yoga, qigong, breathwork, meditation, and Eastern Taoist wisdom, Jewels created AURA-QI Jade Path, an embodied approach to cultivating inner balance, emotional freedom, and radiant energy.
A former New Yorker, Jewels brings a global perspective shaped by years of teaching, training, and living abroad. Her workshops invite women to move beyond simply managing midlife changes and into a deeper relationship with themselves: embracing menopause as an opportunity for renewal and exploring feminine energy, sensuality, and authentic power with curiosity, confidence, and grace.
Shari Adler is a certified Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coach and Wellness Facilitator devoted to helping women feel more vibrant, connected, and fully alive. She has led trainings in women’s health, nutrition, stress, meditation, relationships, authentic relating, and work-life balance to more than 5,000 attendees and over 100 companies worldwide. Trained through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, The Embody Lab and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Shari blends coaching and facilitating with trauma-informed somatic practices, mindfulness, energy work, and tantra. She is fascinated by the connection between the nervous system, pleasure and life-force energy and how coming home to the body can awaken a woman’s desire not only for intimacy, but for life itself.
Shari also brings 15 years of experience at Pfizer in people development and program management, giving her a distinctive understanding of corporate life, leadership and holistic wellbeing. Since 2016, she has divided her time between New York City and Southeast Asia.
