Step beyond the veil and enter Witches Ball: A Lunar Requiem, an immersive evening of ritual, performance, dance, shadow, and transformation.
This year’s Witches Ball is not simply a celebration. It is a funeral for the former self.
Guests are invited to arrive with something in mind they wish to release: a habit, a fear, a wound, a pattern, an old identity, or any piece of the self that no longer serves the life they are becoming. Throughout the evening, attendees will move through a carefully crafted arc of mourning, release, and rebirth.
The first half of the night is a wake. Beneath the gaze of the moon and surrounded by the sigils of Hecate, guests will dance with the part of themselves they are preparing to leave behind. This is not a night of shame or denial. It is a night of honoring what carried us this far, even as we prepare to let it go.
As the evening unfolds, the ritual deepens. Guests will witness live performances, including burlesque, dark theatrical entertainment, and a powerful suspension rite symbolizing the pain, courage, surrender, and beauty of transformation. This ritual moment serves as a bridge between mourning and release, a reminder that some thresholds must be crossed with intention, witness, and strength.
At the heart of the evening, each guest will be invited to take part in the Burning Release Ritual. In that moment the old pattern is named, honored, and symbolically severed. What follows is no longer a wake, but a celebration.
The second half of the night becomes a rebirth. The dance floor reopens with renewed energy, inviting guests to move not as who they were, but as who they are choosing to become.
Though the imagery of Hecate, crossroads, flame, moon, and shadow will guide the atmosphere of the evening, Witches Ball: A Lunar Requiem welcomes all paths. Pagans, Wiccans, witches, druids, occultists, spiritual seekers, the magically curious, and those who simply feel called to the night are all welcome within the circle. Postive vibes and intentions are a must.
