About this Event
Our inner flame can represent the things that make us feel alive - our energy, desires, creativity and the parts of ourselves that deserve care and attention.
Join us for a special women's gathering in collaboration with women's coach Evelyn Accoto. We'll begin with a guided meditation and a gentle coaching exercise led by Evelyn, creating space to check in with ourselves and consider what we need more of in this season of life.
Then we'll move into hands-on clay work, creating our own candle holders - small, personal objects that can bring a little warmth and light into our everyday spaces.
I believe that art is a very powerful tool that we can use to express ourselves, unwind and meet our inner child. My mindful workshops are a safe space where you can experiment, create without any pressure to "be good" at something. We already have so much to plan and be productive at in life, but here you can juse be, make something with your hands and meet like-minded people. I hope you tag along!
