About the Class
This all-levels outdoor yoga class in Denver is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all bodies and experience levels.
Each class includes:
- All Levels Vinyasa-style flow (breath + movement)
- Modifications for beginners and advanced students

- Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and waiver signing
