About this Event
Proudly queer & neurodivergent run - A soul-soothing soundbath, where you are invited just as you are
Rest - Feel - Re-balance
Needing a reset after a busy week, feeling run down, angry or sad and in need of some TLC, or feeling sparkly & topping up on self care? We're so here for all of it.
Our session's are intuitively improvised, and lull you into a calming, meditative state, that allows the soul to feel nourished so that you can drop into the moment chill listening to some sweet sounds.
The space will be low lit with a soft colour, that will be giving 'cosy nest vibes.'
Instruments's include crystal singing bowls in 432hz (the frequency of the earth), singing, shamanic drum, koshi bells, tingsha bells & loving mantra.
First, we open with a gentle meditation, then lay back, ready to be bathed in sound, & after you will be gently guided back into the room, with space to have some choccie & a moon card after.
We do not provide yoga mats, and have limited number of cosy blankets so please bring a mat and a blanket
Can't wait to share the magic with you,
Love you, Chloe @chloeisparadisewild
When the body returns to its natural, calm frequency, beautiful, witchy things happen within. When we are able to listen to what we need in the moment, we can be more loving and present in each moment & let the love overflow into the beautiful earth around us
Please bring:
- a journal & pen (if you feel called to)
- yoga mat & blanket
- bottle of water
Lovely feedback from previous circles/soundbath
✨The circle feels really inclusive, and gender neutral
✨ I felt like the soundbath was a prayer
✨ Before I came to the circle I had period pains, & now I don't (at the end of the circle & soundbath)
✨The soundbath felt transcendental and was divine
Positive effects of Soundbath:
