Have you ever struggled with family relationships, noticed repeating patterns, or wished things could be different?
Join us for a Sunday Sisterhood gathering exploring Family Constellations, a healing practice that examines the patterns, relationships, and emotional legacies passed down through generations.
We'll welcome a Family Constellations facilitator who will introduce us to this practice and guide us through mini constellations, offering an opportunity to experience the work firsthand.
We'll also create an ancestral altar to honor those who came before us. At this time of year when the veil between this world and the spirit world is at its thinnest, we'll take time to remember those who have shaped our lives.
You're invited to bring photographs of family members or loved ones who have passed away to include on our altar.
Sunday Sisterhood is a gathering space for women to come together through ritual, reflection, and shared experiences. No previous experience with Family Constellations is necessary.
