Session Description
Inspired by Dream Different: A Wonder Rebellion, Stretch-N-Play invites adults to unplug, slow down, and reconnect with play, imagination, and wonder. Through gentle stretching, mindful movement, breathwork, and a curated music playlist, participants will explore rhythm, self-expression, and the joy of being present beyond the pressures of digital life.
No prior experience is necessary. Participants are welcome to bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps them feel comfortable.
This program is made possible through the use of the General Activity Fee (GAF).
