About this Event
An afternoon of yin yoga followed by an immersive gong bath. A considered space to slow down, release held tension, and settle into stillness.
Yin yoga is a slow, floor-based practice in which poses are held for several minutes at a time. Rather than working the muscles dynamically, it targets the deeper connective tissues - the fascia, ligaments and joints - allowing them to release gradually and gently. It is suitable for most people regardless of flexibility or previous yoga experience.
You will be guided through a yin yoga practice - long, supported holds designed to release the deeper connective tissues - followed by an extended gong bath to carry that stillness further.
About the facilitator
The session is led by an experienced facilitator holding a calm and supportive space for each participant to move at their own pace and rest fully.

What to bring
Yoga mat along with blankets, cushion and layers for gong bath and eye mask (optional).
