FREQUENCY JOURNEY for the SOLAR PLEXUS
A 90-minute multi-sensory journey created to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself through sound, scent, colour, meditation and plant energy.
This month’s Frequency Journey is devoted to the Solar Plexus energy centre (the area above the belly button) traditionally associated with personal power, confidence, self-esteem, motivation and self-trust.
We’ll begin by sharing a beautiful sunflower and citrine frequency tea together, creating a moment to arrive, settle and set an intention for your experience.
You’ll then be invited to lie back, get comfortable and simply receive.
For the next part of the journey, you’ll be immersed in a carefully created combination of:
• Guided visualisation
• Healing sound frequencies
• The ‘Essence of Joy’ frequency-based scent
• The colour yellow
• Citrine energy
• Relaxation and intentional stillness
Each element has been thoughtfully chosen to create a gentle, immersive experience centred around the energy of the Solar Plexus.
There is nothing you need to achieve or do perfectly. Simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself some uninterrupted time to pause, breathe and reconnect with your own inner world.
Whether you’re feeling a little disconnected from yourself, lacking motivation, navigating change, or simply craving some time to slow down and refill your cup, this is an opportunity to step away from everyday life and give yourself 90 minutes of dedicated space.
No previous experience of meditation, sound healing or energy work is needed.
Come along, get cosy and let yourself be immersed in the frequencies of joy, confidence and inner power.

We provide mats, bolsters, cushions & blankets. Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable lying down for the session, cosy layers, a blanket, socks and an eye mask if you like.
£22 early-bird tickets available until 22nd September. Tickets then increase to £27.
