Your meeting will be held as 1-1 private appointment, meaning it will be just you and your personal circumstances discussed in confidence. No big groups and no jargon - just a friendly face and caring hands to help you. Of course, if you want to bring loved ones along, they are welcome too.
Bookings are available between 9am - 3pm and the exact time will be confirmed with you when you register. Please supply your contact details when booking so Jules can confirm a time that best works for you.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on the next steps towards receiving the in-home aged care support you need.
