STARGATE SHOWS –
EL SOL FESTIVAL FALL EDITION 2026
The long awaited moment has come — let’s start with registration for Stargate Shows during EL SOL FESTIVAL – FALL EDITION 2026 in Warsaw!
We want to create a space where you can show the world your hard work and open the doors that lead to the big stage.
During this special program, a jury made up of world-class dancers will choose the winners.
Feel the emotions, the thrill, the atmosphere, the stage and the spotlights focused just on you!
We have 4 categories with 10 places available in each one:
• SALSA – groups
(show up to 3,5 minutes, groups up to 12 participants)

• SALSA – soloists
(show up to 2,5 minutes)
📅 Date: Sunday
• SALSA – duets
(show up to 2,5 minutes)
📅 Date: Sunday
The performances will be assessed for:
• technique
• choreography
• image
• show
Performances prepared for the SALSA category are required to present SALSA dance technique. We approve all styles: on1, on2, Cuban and related styles, as well as possible fusions.
Performers and artists from the Festival line-up are not allowed to participate in the Stargate Shows competitions.
Registration starts on 02.06.2026 and the deadline falls on 30.09.2026 (or earlier if there are no places left in the chosen category).
The application should include:
• names and surnames of the participants
(additionally: artistic pseudonym, group name and list of dancers for GROUPS category)
• description and picture of the artist(s) and the show
• music for the show in MP3 format

The condition of participation in the competition is purchasing a PASS for EL SOL FALL 2026:
• VIP PASS
• Style Pass
• Party Pass
• or a Day Pass for the specific competition day
Participants of Stargate Shows receive:
• 30% discount for VIP PASS
• 15% discount for Style Pass or Party Pass
The discount is calculated from the CURRENT PRICE of the passes on the day of purchase.
Day Passes are also accepted for participation in the competition, however Day Passes are NOT eligible for any Stargate discount.
The purchase should be completed through the festival website using the promo code received after confirmation of acceptance into the competition.
The PASS must be purchased within 21 days of receiving the acceptance confirmation (deadline falls on 30th September 2026).
ATTENTION!
Failure to complete the purchase within the deadline will result in removal from the Stargate Shows participant list.
ATTENTION!
Sharing the Stargate Shows promo code or using the Stargate discount by a person who will not participate in the competition will result in removal of the whole group from the participant list.
The discount applies only to dancers participating in the competition.
The Stargate Shows discount does not combine with other discounts or special offers.
If a participant already owns another type of PASS purchased before the application, it can be changed into a Stargate PASS:
• 70% of VIP PASS price
• or 85% of Style/Party Pass price
according to the current pricing on the application day.
Depending on the amount already paid, an additional payment may be required.
If the previously paid amount is higher than the Stargate PASS price valid on the day of application, the difference can be used as a discount for the next festival edition, excluding Early Birds and other special offers.
Any changes to group members can be submitted only by the group trainer.
A participant resigning from the group is required to pay the remaining amount to the full regular price of the chosen pass valid at the moment of resignation.
Returning the pass is not possible.
New group members are required to purchase a Stargate PASS with the applicable Stargate discount according to the current pricing at the moment of the change.
Final deadline for changes in group members: 30th September 2026.
IMPORTANT:
• Stargate registrations are excluded from any other group purchase conditions — no bonuses are added to group leaders.
• Stargate Passes are not subject to regular resale rules.
If a participant cannot attend the event, there are two options:
• selling the pass to another participant taking part in Stargate Shows competition
• selling the pass to a participant not taking part in Stargate Shows competition — in this case the difference to the regular pass price or standard group discount price must be paid
Registering for the competition means acceptance of all the above rules.
In the case of groups, the trainer is responsible for informing all participants about these regulations.

Nadszedł długo oczekiwany moment — ruszamy z rejestracją na Stargate Shows podczas EL SOL FESTIVAL – EDYCJA JESIENNA 2026 w Warszawie!
Chcemy stworzyć przestrzeń, w której będziecie mogli pokazać światu swoją ciężką pracę i otworzyć drzwi prowadzące na wielką scenę.
Podczas tego wyjątkowego programu jury złożone ze światowej klasy tancerzy wybierze zwycięzców.
Poczujcie dreszczyk emocji, atmosferę, scenę i światła reflektorów skierowane właśnie na Was!
Mamy 4 kategorie, po 10 miejsc w każdej:
• SALSA – grupy
(czas trwania pokazu do 3,5 minuty, grupy do 12 uczestników)
📅 Data: Niedziela
• SALSA – soliści
(czas trwania pokazu do 2,5 minuty)
📅 Data: Niedziela
• SALSA – duety
(czas trwania pokazu do 2,5 minuty)
📅 Data: Niedziela
Występy będą oceniane pod kątem:
• techniki
• choreografii
• wizerunku
• pokazu
Występy przygotowane w kategorii SALSA muszą prezentować technikę tańca SALSA. Akceptujemy wszystkie style: on1, on2, kubański i pokrewne, a także ewentualne fuzje.
Występy i artyści z programu Festiwalu nie mogą brać udziału w konkursach Stargate Shows.
Rejestracja rozpoczyna się 02.06.2026 r., a termin upływa 30.09.2026 r. (lub wcześniej, jeśli w wybranej kategorii nie ma już miejsc).
Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać:
• imiona i nazwiska uczestników
(dodatkowo: pseudonim artystyczny, nazwę zespołu i listę tancerzy w kategorii GRUPY)
• opis i zdjęcie artysty/artystów i pokazu
• muzykę do pokazu w formacie MP3

Warunkiem udziału w konkursie jest zakup KARNETU na EL SOL JESIEŃ 2026:
• KARNET VIP
• Karnet Style
• Karnet Party
• lub Karnet Jednodniowy na konkretny dzień konkursu
Uczestnicy Stargate Shows otrzymują:
• 30% zniżki na KARNET VIP
• 15% zniżki na Karnet Style lub Karnet Party
Zniżka naliczana jest od AKTUALNEJ CENY karnetów w dniu zakupu.
BILETY jednodniowe są również akceptowane do udziału w konkursie, jednak BILETY Jednodniowe NIE uprawniają do zniżki Stargate.
Zakupu należy dokonać za pośrednictwem strony internetowej festiwalu, korzystając z kodu promocyjnego otrzymanego po potwierdzeniu przyjęcia do konkursu.
BILET należy zakupić w ciągu 21 dni od otrzymania potwierdzenia przyjęcia (termin upływa 30 września 2026 r.).
UWAGA!
Niedokonanie zakupu w wyznaczonym terminie spowoduje usunięcie z listy uczestników Stargate Shows.
UWAGA!
Udostępnienie kodu promocyjnego Stargate Shows lub skorzystanie ze zniżki Stargate przez osobę, która nie weźmie udziału w konkursie, spowoduje usunięcie całej grupy z listy uczestników.
Zniżka dotyczy wyłącznie tancerzy biorących udział w konkursie.
Zniżka Stargate Shows nie łączy się z innymi zniżkami ani ofertami specjalnymi.
Jeśli uczestnik posiada już inny rodzaj BILETU zakupiony przed złożeniem zgłoszenia, można go wymienić na KARNET Stargate:
• 70% ceny KARNETU VIP
• lub 85% ceny Karnetu Style/Party
zgodnie z aktualnymi cenami w dniu zgłoszenia.
W zależności od wpłaconej kwoty może być wymagana dopłata.
Jeśli wcześniej wpłacona kwota jest wyższa niż cena karnetu Stargate PASS obowiązującego w dniu zgłoszenia, różnica może zostać wykorzystana jako zniżka na kolejną edycję festiwalu, z wyłączeniem ofert Early Birds i innych ofert specjalnych.
Wszelkie zmiany w składzie grupy mogą być zgłaszane wyłącznie przez trenera grupy.
Uczestnik rezygnujący z grupy jest zobowiązany do uiszczenia pozostałej kwoty, zgodnie z pełną regularną ceną wybranego karnetu obowiązującą w momencie rezygnacji.
Zwrot karnetu nie jest możliwy.
Nowi członkowie grupy są zobowiązani do zakupu karnetu Stargate PASS z obowiązującą zniżką Stargate, zgodnie z aktualną ceną w momencie zmiany.
Ostateczny termin zmian w składzie grupy: 30 września 2026 r.
WAŻNE:
• Rejestracja na Stargate PASS nie podlega żadnym innym warunkom zakupu grupowego — liderom grup nie przysługują żadne bonusy.
• Karnety Stargate nie podlegają standardowym zasadom odsprzedaży.
Jeśli uczestnik nie może wziąć udziału w wydarzeniu, istnieją dwie możliwości:
• sprzedaż karnetu innemu uczestnikowi biorącemu udział w konkursie Stargate Shows
• sprzedaż karnetu uczestnikowi niebiorącemu udziału w konkursie Stargate Shows — w takim przypadku należy dopłacić różnicę w stosunku do ceny karnetu lub standardowej ceny grupowej ze zniżką.
Zarejestrowanie się w konkursie oznacza akceptację wszystkich powyższych zasad.
W przypadku grup, trener jest odpowiedzialny za poinformowanie wszystkich uczestników o niniejszym regulaminie.
