Experience Halloween with a little classic comedy at Zumbro! Join us Sunday, October 25, for a special evening of hilarious, family-friendly silent films from the 1920s, featuring live, improvised organ music by Zumbro’s Director of Worship Arts and organist, Dr. Matt Gender.
From 6–7 p.m. in the sanctuary, enjoy The Haunted House, starring Buster Keaton, and Habeas Corpus, starring Laurel and Hardy. With Matt’s one-of-a-kind musical improvisations accompanying the on-screen antics, these classic comedies promise plenty of laughs for all ages.
Make an evening of it with Trunk or Treat in the parking lot from 4:30–6 p.m.! Kids can dress up in their Halloween costumes, collect treats from creatively decorated trunks, and enjoy food trucks, Pretty Pop (Mobile Dirty Soda Shop), cotton candy, popcorn, and other goodies.
The entire event is free and open to the public. Come for the candy, stay for the comedy, and celebrate Halloween with a wonderfully fun evening of classic film and community at Zumbro!
