Get ready to enter flow state once a week with the homies.
Hosted by dancer and yoga teacher @lindseygillyoga, this event is meant for a mid work week break to dance and flow in a dedicated space for dancing and music--no distractions, just you and your art!
Connect with other local flowmies and enthusiasts in person. Whether you're into poi, staff, hoops, or just love the flow arts scene, come jam with us, share skills, and take a break from the daily grind. Don't miss out on the fun and the community we're building here on East Passyunk!

*Donation based. Bring your own snacks and beverages. Please, no alcohol, and keep this a PLUR environment.
