This is a monthly event switching between Tuesdays and Thursdays pending venue availability. Bring some paper, a tablet, a pile of napkins- whatever you like to draw on. Or show up empty handed and we’ll have some basic supplies to share with the group. We'll provide the model and complimentary beer courtesy of Philadelphia Brewing Company (while supplies last) to get you in the relaxation mode to get creative.
About the Location:
This event is hosted at Fleisher Art Memorial in their Sanctuary.*With the exception of April and May which will be in the 3rd Floor Rear Classroom* The sanctuary space is full of statues, stained glass, an altar, and just tons of inspiration. We'll have a model as usual but this location allows for a lot of other options for still life drawing as well.
We will have chairs and stools available for people to choose their eye level to the model, and the sanctuary has permanent wooden pews for most of the seating.
Fleisher is ada accessible with an elevator to get up any steps. Seating is on a first come first serve basis, and I encourage bringing a pillow or blanket if you'd like to sit on the floor of the sanctuary. We provide a few clipboards but please plan accordingly. To clarify- there are enough seats for everyone but where they're placed is first come first serve.
You are able to park in the lot across the street from Fleisher for free, though it may be full at times. There is a lot (relatively) of free local parking in the area, and a community lot on Christian just on the other side of the Fleisher parking lot.
We will have limited space and require everyone to register prior to the event. Online registration will be available until we sell out or until the event begins.

About Pricing: The Craft Coven understands the growing need for creative activities for adults, especially in this current climate. There are a selection of sliding scale tickets available- meaning that you can choose the price you can afford. The suggested cost is still a discounted rate since our hosts are all volunteers.
