About this Event

Trust Your Gut: How to Strengthen Your Intuition is an interactive 90-minute workshop designed to help participants better recognize, understand, and trust their own intuition.

Through guided exercises, reflection, and practical techniques, participants will explore how intuition communicates and learn how to distinguish intuitive impressions from fear, anxiety, and overthinking.

Participants will learn how to:

· Recognize the ways intuition may show up

· Become more aware of the body’s intuitive signals

· Understand what can interfere with trusting first impressions

· Explore the difference between intuition, fear, and anxiety

· Strengthen self-trust through practical exercises

· Develop simple practices to continue using after the workshop
