Sound Bath and Acupuncture
Join Nuffy Chen and Domie Monet for deep healing in the community. You'll be guided through intention setting and breath work to relax deeply into a sound bath. The resonant tones of quartz crystal bowls will guide you back into alignment, nurturing peace within the body and spirit. As you recline, optional acupuncture will be offered. Acupuncture is the practice of inserting thin, sterile, single use needles into strategic points on the skin. Acupuncture promotes circulation, brings the nervous system out of fight or flight, disrupts the pain cycle and can help with the regulation of many internal processes. This acupuncture protocol will be on the arms and the legs so please come wearing clothing where elbows and knees down can be accessed. This set of 5-10 points aids digestive processes, regulates hormones and the nervous system, decreases pain and inflammation, and helps stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms. Acupuncture helps to induce a deep state of relaxation and ground the “monkey mind”, creating a sense of wholeness and well-being.
