Don’t miss out on this unique, in-person vibe designed to help you feel refreshed and calm. Come as you are and soak in the good energy! Please seek your doctors approval before attending if you have any health conditions. These sessions aren't suitable for anyone with heart conditions, frequency induced epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, hyperthyroidism and lung cancer. It is also not suitable during first trimester in pregnancy.
