Solo Date Night: Envision Your Cuffing Season
Who says you need a boo to enjoy cuffing season?
Ahhh, cuffing season. That time of year when the weather gets colder, the holidays roll around, and suddenly everybody seems to be looking for someone to cozy up with.
But what if this season, you decided to romance yourself?
Whether you're happily single, newly single, divorced, or somewhere in the messy middle, this time of year can bring up ALL kinds of feelings. Loneliness, longing, grief, joy, freedom... sometimes all in the same day!
Whatever you're feeling, there's room for it here.
Join me for a cozy, playful evening to slow down, connect with yourself and other amazing women, and envision how YOU want this cuffing season to look and feel.
What to Expect
We'll start with grounding, gentle movement, and a little dancing to get out of our heads and into our bodies.
Then we'll get creative with vision boarding, imagining the experiences, pleasures, and intentions we want to welcome into the season ahead.
We'll close by sharing our creations, connecting with one another, and choosing an intention to carry forward throughout the season.
No dance or artistic skills required. Just bring your curiosity and maybe your favorite cozy outfit.
Come as you are. Leave with a vision for a season that feels more like YOU.
