We live in a society that’s always on the go and measures its worth in accomplishments and business, but when I talk to friends, family, and strangers alike, there's one thing that they all say they want more of in their lives: the opportunity to slow down.
Take a journey with me for a few hours to embrace the elusive stillness we crave. I'll guide you through gentle breathing and stretching expercises to start us off, before we dive into our meditative craft.
This moment is for you, so come as you are and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water for comfort. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. I can't wait to meet you.
Meet up location will be provide the day before class and once registration has been received.
A little bit about me. My name is Nikki! I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher and have been practicing for over 10 years.
I am passionate about the expressive movement of the body and mind and wanted a way to combine the two and through that vision, this class was born! I am so excited to share Slow Down with you!
I look forward to bring more classes to the Denver and surrounding areas. I also teach yoga at the NoCo Cat Cafe in Loveland one Saturday a month and I host a kirtan the 3rd Sunday of the month in my home. Please feel free to reach out for more details.
