We spend years building our careers, discovering our passions and figuring out who we want to become.
But what happens when, somewhere along that journey, we become parents?
Does ambition change? Do our priorities shift? What parts of ourselves do we fight to hold onto, and what do we happily let go?
And perhaps most importantly, what unexpected joy, strength and new perspectives does parenthood bring into our lives? ❤️
For our second SHEROES in Coffee panel, we're bringing together an incredible group of women to explore the beautiful, complicated and deeply personal relationship between parenthood, identity and ambition.

This isn't another conversation about how working mums manage to "do it all".
It's about the women behind the job titles. Their choices, their challenges, their evolving dreams, and the parts of themselves that motherhood has helped them discover.
