About this Event
This event will not only mark the launch of Leon Glenister KC, Siân McGibbon and Joseph Thomas' new book, Judicial Review in Education Law, but also provide attendees with a timely overview of the key cases and emerging trends that have shaped education judicial review over the past year.
Drawing on the analysis and practical insights developed in the book, the speakers will examine the evolving role of judicial review in education disputes, the courts' approach to significant issues affecting the sector, and the implications of recent decisions for practitioners, public bodies and education professionals. The session will also provide attendees with the opportunity to engage directly with the authors and ask questions about the current and future direction of education judicial review.
The seminar will be followed by drinks and networking to celebrate the publication of Judicial Review in Education Law.
Speakers include Leon Glenister KC, Siân McGibbon and Joseph Thomas, authors of Judicial Review in Education Law.
