The.Curious.Curly teams up with coach and handpan player, Elena Constantinou for a curated morning of intentionally slow and reflective activities. As The.Curious.Curly guides participants through a series of writing and discussion prompts inspired by the season of autumn and the cycles of nature, Elena performs her handpan compositions live, influenced by the rhythms of nature. 🍃 🌊 🌱🌀
