About this Event
She Scales is a monthly female founders connection and co‑working day delivered across every NatWest Accelerator hub. It is a dedicated space for women who are building and growing businesses. The session brings people together to share experiences, exchange insight, and build community in a warm and honest environment.
Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, scaling with momentum, or learning from those who have already travelled the path ahead, She Scales offers meaningful connection, practical conversation, and genuine support. We welcome female founders, non‑binary founders who feel aligned with women’s spaces, and allies who wish to contribute, learn, and support.

Guest Speaker: Lillian Ogbogoh. BEFORE YOU SILENCE IT: What Your Self-Doubt Is Actually Telling You
For women founders, self-doubt doesn't just feel uncomfortable, it keeps you out of rooms you've already earned. It talks you out of the ask, the pitch, the price, the launch date. Not all self-doubt is the same voice and treating them the same is costing founders money and momentum. In this session, women will:
- Drop their own self-doubt sentence live, and watch it get diagnosed on the spot
- Learn to tell the Lying Voice (false verdicts about who belongs), the Telling Voice (real signal, easily silenced by mistake) and the Asking Voice (doubt absorbed from people who love you but haven't built what you're building) apart in their own words, not a slide
- Run a live filter test on their own doubt: is it pointing at something specific, or just telling you to stop?
- Leave with one written commitment for the next 24 hours, decided by them, in the room
45 minutes, fully interactive, built for women building businesses under real financial pressure who are ready to stop hedging their way through rooms they should be leading.
