About your Hosts:

Meigan Swanson (Expression Sessions) is a Registered Art Therapist and Therapeutic Counselor who creates safe, attuned spaces for emotional healing, authentic expression, and meaningful connection. Her work weaves together expressive arts, somatic awareness, dance and movement, and tantric principles, inviting a deeper connection to the body, sensation, emotion, and an embodied sense of safety.

Meigan brings a rich background of theory and practice in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, early childhood development, and interpersonal neurobiology. With over 20 years of experience working with children, she carries a playful, curious, and compassionate presence that supports people of all ages in feeling seen, felt, and heard.

Outside the studio, she is a devoted 5 Rhythms dancer, a nature lover, and a foodie enthusiast who delights in life’s simple pleasures. Through Expression Sessions, she offers individual art and somatic therapy, workshops and therapeutic series, and expressive community gatherings.

Samantha Hope (Untamed) is a dance ritualist, somatic therapist, and womb space holder from British Columbia, Canada. She is devoted to guiding women back to the reclamation of their wild, natural state—awakening deep womb wisdom and reconnecting to the body’s innate intelligence.

Her work weaves together breath-work, somatic practices, elemental dance, tantra, moon cycle rituals, visualization, inner child healing, and creative expression. Through her spaces, women are gently guided to listen inward—to the authentic emotions moving through the body—and to rediscover a felt sense of safety within themselves.

Rooted in the wisdom of nature, Samantha honors the cyclical rhythms that live within every woman. She supports the return to pleasure as a natural, innocent birthright—inviting women to soften, feel, and fully inhabit their bodies once again.

She is a certified Yoga Teacher, Tantra Practitioner, Trauma-Informed De-Armouring facilitator, Nature Moves Dance guide, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage practitioner, with an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences focused on the history of sexuality.
