Welcome to our very first Second Sundays event!
Please join us for 45 minutes of mat Pilates followed by a smoothie (custom for the event!) and a Mini Market with amazing women owned vendors! From aura photos to custom handbags and chair massages, you are not going to want to miss this!
- Pilates flow 1: 11 AM - 12 PM (all levels)
- Pilates flow 2: 1 PM - 2 PM (all levels)
- Bring your own mat, or rent one from me for EITHER $2 or bring a book to donate to the local library
- The market is open and available from 11 AM - 2 PM for browsing - you do not need a ticket for the market, anyone is welcome to browse!
