Join Katie from Tired Starling Studio for a relaxed spring craft workshop at the SoLo Craft Fair market, held in the crypt at St Martin-in-the-Fields, Trafalgar Square.
In this session you will make your own seasonal felt decorations using simple hand stitching and bead embellishment. The workshop is informal and sociable, you will be shown how to get started and helped along the way, while still having plenty of freedom to work at your own pace and make your decorations personal.
All materials and tools are provided, and you are very welcome to bring along your own beads, sequins or small embellishments if you would like to customise your pieces further. Suitable for ages 10+ due to the use of small needles and detailed hand sewing (ages 10-14 years will need to be accompannied by an adult)
To reserve a guaranteed place, please book a ticket via Eventbrite. A limited number of spaces may be available to drop in on the day, but priority will always be given to ticket holders.
The workshop will take place in the Lightwell Tunnel of St. Martins. The market will be have over 80 traders so please do browse the event before and after your session.
