About this Event
Come join is for a special soundhealing and shamanic pratice event, Sunday the 22nd of March at 12:30pm at Cricklewood Library!
This combo event will include 30' of shamanic journeying through drumming and sound, at the end of which each one of us will discover their power animal. This guided meditation will be based on authentic shamanic traditions of the First Nations, which have been passed on to us, showing the outmost respect and appreciation for the wisdom these practices carry.
Afterwards we will all come back to space and contitue this event with 30' minutes of grounding chanting practice, including vedic and buddhist chants, as well as powerful shamanic chants, that will connect us all with the power of our own voice and the ability of our own voice to clear blockages and manifest our deepest desires. There will be shruti box accompaniment and an array of sound healing instruments that will aid our singing and create a calming and relaxing sonic environment. Experience chanting in community and conneting with others in sound!
