RE - ENGINEER YOUR LIFE - THE FOUNDATION
Sunday 22nd - New Wave Academy Croydon
One day. Three practices.
I’ll open the day with a short introduction. Who I am, why I built this, and what we’re here to do. No performance. Just context.
Then we work.
BJJ - I’ll teach fundamental techniques, we drill them, then we roll. No experience needed. You will get uncomfortable. That’s the point.
Breathwork - Properly facilitated by Chris Davies from Aware Breathwork. Former Royal Marine Commando and internationally recognised breathwork facilitator. This isn’t box breathing. This is nervous system access at depth.
Men’s Circle - Not therapy. Not a workshop. You’ll speak from the opened state the previous work has created. Most men have never done this. Most men need to.
No seminar. No worksheets. No motivational bullshit.
Just hard work in a room with other men who get it.

WHO THIS IS FOR:
Men aged 30-55 who look successful from the outside but know something's not working internally. Men tired of performing. Men ready to do hard work in a container held by someone who's walked this territory.
WHO I AM:
ED. BJJ black belt, coach at New Wave Academy. Former gym owner (Performance 360, 12 years). Broadcast engineer working elite sport for two decades. Father of three. Divorced 2020. In recovery. Still training, Diagnosed with cancer in 2025 still building, still figuring it out.
I'm not teaching from the mountaintop. I'm teaching from the trenches.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Shorts and a T-shirt for No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu training
- A pillow
- A yoga mat
- A warm hoodie or jumper
- A willingness to be uncomfortable
