In 2025, thirteen writers were brought together from across the UK as part of the WFTV Kay Mellor Screenwriters’ Lab. A core group of us stayed in touch, following each other’s journeys and championing each other’s work. But getting your voice heard in this industry can often feel impossible, so rather than wait for opportunities, we decided to create them. Script Queens was born. A collective to showcase our work, build a creative community, and take the industry by storm.
Come along to the October Gallery's theatre room in London to hear actors perform excerpts from six exciting new TV and film projects, network and form ongoing creative relationships!
Light snacks will be provided.
