Every Tuesday after 7pm, Bampot becomes a focused sapphic community space. Different events each week invite new connections & creativity! As of June 2026, all of our events on Sapphic Tuesdays are PWYC. We tested a few different models, and ultimately felt best about making it as accessible and consistent as possible. PWYC ticket sales goes to supply costs and facilitator fees, not to Bampot. Please support Cass and our other facilitators through your ticket donation and support Bampot by grabbing a tea or a bite to eat when you come by.
Sapphic Trivia Night - (October 6th)
Trivia’s back, baby! Gather a team of your smartest, gayest friends and join us for a night of sapphic trivia spanning everything from art, sports, science, history, pop culture, music and more! The winning team WILL win a prize. The rest of us will win the prize of a night spent amongst friends <3
Literary Lesbian Night (October 13th)
Do you love words? Great news! This Sapphic Tuesday is a special two hander for all those literate lesbians out there. If you’re looking to up your writing game, we will be running a Queer Narrative Poetry workshop by B Pick. If you just want to show off how many words you already know, we’ll also be setting up Scrabble boards. Come use your way with words to woo us all!
Scissoring: Halloween Edition (October 20th)
It’s another round of Scissoring but this time with a spooky twist! Join us for a Halloween themed craft to get you in the spirit. Halloween is gay Christmas, after all.
Supplies will be provided but as always, you’re welcome to bring a project you’re already working on and craft alongside the sapphic!
BOOKS AND BRUNCH (SUNDAY OCTOBER 25th)
Are you sapphic? Do you love to read? Great news! We’ll be hosting a special sapphic Sunday just for you. Bring whatever you’re reading now, grab some brunch, read alongside a community of sweet lesbians. Peruse a table of sapphic books for sale, chat about what you’re reading. It’ll be a lovely, stimulating way to start the morning! We’ll also be raffling off bundles of vintage books!
Open Dyke Night (October 27th)
Join us for Bampot’s Open Dyke Night! Hosted by Cherry Bomb, we’ll be creating a space for dykes of all kinds to share their writing, art, comedy and music in an open mic setting. If you have work that explores queer love and identity, or if you’re just a dyke with a funny story to tell, we want to hear from you. Nothing is too big or too small, too polished or too raw. We want it all. Come to share, or just come to take in all that the city’s dykes have to offer.
Open mic sign up form will be at the door from 7:00PM onward.
