About this Event
Women’s Circle's area safe and sacred space — a place where we, as sisters, come together to champion one another and hold deep respect for each woman and her unique journey.
I’m delighted to share that the theme of this Post-Samhain gathering will be “TRANSITIONS.”
We are now in a time when the darkness precedes the light — meaning the darkness comes first, and from that fertile, quiet space, new light is born.
It’s the same truth reflected throughout nature’s cycle:
• The seed rests in the dark soil before it grows.
• The moon wanes into darkness before it waxes full again.
• The soul journeys inward before it reawakens in spring.
I invite you to reflect on how the change in season has touched you.
What do the shorter days feel like?
How does moving through the dark affect you?
What shifts or adaptations have you made during this transition?
We’ll explore these reflections together during the workshop.
To help you feel grounded and comfortable, please bring:
• A yoga mat (and a pillow if you wish)
• Your journal (if you already have one — though not essential)
• Comfortable clothing — layers are recommended, as we’ll spend time meditating and lying on our mats. A blanket or extra wrap is also encouraged for warmth and coziness.
• Something to cover your eyes like a scarf, eyemask, bandana – Just from memory the room is very light so might be nice for the meditation.
I can’t wait to share this space with you all — to connect, reflect, and honour this sacred turning of the year together.
