About this Event
A restorative evening of sound, plant medicine, somatic practice, and community connection created for entrepreneurs, working adults, healers, and anyone needing a moment to slow down and reconnect.
Sacred Smoke & Sound offers a space to step away from the demands of everyday life and into intentional rest. Through guided somatic practices, herbal smoke, breath, meditation, and immersive sound healing, we’ll create room to release tension, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.
This is more than a sound healing — it’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, receive, and heal in community.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more space within you.
