About this Event

The Revenue Generation Conference is our annual in-person event exploring creative ways to generate income for your theatre. Discover impactful strategies and practical approaches to boost your revenue and maximise profit. Network with industry experts, learn from your peers, and gain valuable insights that will help supercharge your revenue generation efforts.

From Operations to Sales to the Box Office and Front of House, this event will enable teams in theatres across the UK to find innovative solutions to generate sales and ensure financial resilience for their venues.

Aimed at departmental leaders & managers with a responsibility for driving revenue, the conference will showcase fresh ideas and insights on the most effective ways to maximise income in theatre venues, including how best to achieve a connected approach to revenue generation across your organisation.

Sponsored by , the conference will also provide opportunities for networking and knowledge-sharing with your industry peers, with a drinks reception following the main event.

This event takes place at SOLT & UK Theatre’s London office, 32 Rose Street, in Covent Garden.

Who should attend?

This years conference looks at revenue generation in theatre venues themselves, and invites department heads and managers with revenue generation responsibility to join us for an afternoon of learning, not only from industry experts, but also from your peers who are already delivering great work to achieve for their venues.

This event takes place in-person at SOLT & UK Theatre, and has limited capacity. A limited number of EarlyBird tickets are available for the low cost of £30.00

Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel up until 10 working days prior to the course, and receive a full refund (not including Eventbrite Fee's, which are non-refundable). Any cancellations after this will not be refunded, but tickets can be transferred to a future course up to one year later. For full terms, please see the section below.


Accessibility Information

If you are attending in-person, please visit the SOLT & UK Theatre Accessibility page on our website for detailed information.

  • Attendees who require a Carer or Companion to accompany them to the conference can book a free Carer ticket by emailing [email protected].
  • Ramp access at ground floor level (there is otherwise one step into the building) - please let us know in the access requirements section when booking.
  • Reception and conference rooms are located on the first floor of the building. This can be accessed by the lift or via 25 stairs. Accessible toilets are available on the first and second floors.
  • Assistance Dogs welcome throughout the building and to all events - the nearest park is Jubilee Gardens (by Embankment tube station - a 7 minute walk).
  • Hearing loop systems are available in the meeting and conference rooms.
  • Regular breaks will be scheduled throughout the afternoon.
