During this afternoon course, participants will gain useful tools to add to their permissions-handling toolkit, learning how to evaluate and respond to permissions requests efficiently and effectively so that you can develop a profitable permissions business. This course is perfect for those looking to brush up on their basic permissions skills or are new to the field.
This practical and interactive workshop will be facilitated by Clare Hodder. Clare will share industry insights and best practices from her 25 years+ experience as a rights and licensing expert in the publishing industry. She is a renowned rights consultant, Director and co-founder of RightsZone and also runs the popular Rights2gether networking group. Clare was part of the team that worked on the award-winning PLSclear permissions system and is author of the Permissions Appendix in Clark's Publishing Agreements. She is passionate about supporting publishers to get their content in front of new audiences and create new revenue streams through the power of licensing.
